My first experience decorating cakes at thirteen set the stage for a life-long passion. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (1985) in Hyde Park, N.Y, I have worked at many fine hotels and Four Star restaurants.

Madison Chocolates is the culmination of my passion to create high quality chocolates, candies and confections. Small batches are made fresh daily and beautifully packaged and shipped overnight.

Bringing old world recipes together with today's ever-changing individual tastes, our chocolates, candies and confections are masterfully created in small batches with the finest, freshest ingredients from around the country and the world...
